Large stock, overpriced compared to shops in the IE but bad experience! Lazy incompetent staff, wouldn't help me, only greeted me at the door. When requesting more about products usefulness, he said 'I just work here' very unprofessional. Won't be going back, I'll spend my money happily elsewhere. I contacted the management about this issue. And apparently from Yelp and yellow pages, I can see I'm not the only one who's received bad treatment and service at this place
I came in here last week with a few questions about Super Soil. Now I've been growing organically indoor and out for years now, but this season I really wanted someone else's recipe to try. Zack, owner of the shop, had no problem giving me his recipe and telling me exactly how he does it all. I have attempted to give these guys a try on three separate occasions, only to be faced with rude and indifferent employees. Not only are they rude, there is little evidence that they understand the fundamentals of hydroponics or nutrient science for that matter. IMO, head somewhere that is going to treat you like a PAYING customer. Hydroponics can be complex, and the last thing novices need is business owners unwilling to promote a open and knowledge-based forum that will help EVERYONE achieve their goals.
