Justin and Joey, along with Darcy, did a superb job of the installation, clean and orderly of this LG 12,000 BTU heat pump. Climbing through the attic of this passive solar house was great, since I've gotten too ancient to manage that swinging from the truss rafters' webbing struts. Many thanks to all concerned, including Andrea, who was my initial contact from Greenfoot.
I can't say enough about the two gentlemen who installed my heat pump, and I am so sorry I didn't get their names, (name tags might be nice). So helpful with how to run and care for the pump inside and out. The company that installed the first one were not near as helpful. Just a comparison, they were fine. I need to give a shout out to the Admin Office Mel is verry sweet and so very helpful, I know the other person's name begins with M also as good. Doris MacKinnon
