Extremely disappointing experience. The property was handed over for lease in an unclean condition, which is completely unacceptable. When I raised this issue and requested a cleaning receipt, they provided what appears to be a fake one — they didn’t even bother to update or alter the date properly, which clearly raises concerns about their professionalism and integrity.
