Great Customer service from both the optometrist and ladies at the front. Good selection of frames to choose from! Highly recommend
Went in today to get a 2nd opinion for our 5yo. Dr PJ was so friendly and patient with our son. He took the time to explain everything to us. He even moved his schedule for further investigations. The 2 ladies out the front were also super friendly and made us feel welcome, comfortable and even helped us get the best deal possible. Definitely glad we chose this practice.
I had an appointment for a standard eye test. The gentleman who did my test was friendly and thorough. I was prescribed glasses and the ladies out front were just as friendly. My glasses were ordered and I was advised it could take 3 months but I had them in 6 weeks roughly.
Great service always here staff so helpfull great glasses to choose from can't fault the service.
Great customer service and after sales help. Shout to both Sheryl and Jaymie (SIC) for their friendly and helpful service. I used my manners and asked for a check up on my fancies (prescription glasses $600) while waiting for the Mrs at the shops.. Tightened em, cleaned em all for free. Kind gesture appreciated. Thank you ladies
