The optometrist at Castle Town Townsville store Mr. Roen ( hope I got it right) is highly knowledgeable. I had a great appointment. Everything was tested at ease and explained well. Highly recommended 👍
Excellent customer service, thanks to Ava & Kim. Helped me choose glasses that fit correctly & firmly. Adjusted my older glasses for a firmer fit. Advised on glasses that suited the frame of my face. Professional & friendly service from both ladies.
Had my glasses adjusted after they had got to a desperate state of sliding down my nose and sitting crooked. The person with 20 years experience transformed my glasses so that they are fitting better than when I bought them new. All day I’ve noticed how well they feel and fit. So grateful. Highly recommend.
Very professional and caring staff
Staff were very professional and helpful in choosing my frames and gave great advice on the different types of lenses I needed for work.
