I have not received any resolution with the issue I've had with my whole house water filtration system since I installed it in November of 2023. I've spent over $5,000 between purchasing the water system and troubleshooting the issue on my own. I ordered a whole home unit back in September. I was sent an incomplete order the first time. I have since had three different plumbers come out and all say that the fourth filter is faulty and needs to be replaced. I have made multiple phone calls, emails, and all I get it a number to call in Seattle. For something that has cost me thousands of $, and for it not to be working....I am beyond frustrated.
