Well taken care of. Owner owned. It's hard to find a rental because lots of interest in staying there. Lots of activities, including pickleball, which we love.
Loved the HUGE swimming pool, and was even fortunate enough to lounge in their heated spa pool.. As it's a 55+community, no children were present so we had a lovely time swimming and relaxing.. Many clubs and activities to keep me feeling young, and active.. Year round resident, or winter visitor, both are treated with respect, and have many friends...I was able to work out in a great weight room, and was able to wash and dry my clothes in the on site Laundromat..
