Updated to 1 star. Two visits and $502 dollars later, my dogs skin condition is worse than its ever been. The only thing they do here is give you overpriced medications that do nothing to resolve the issue. Seems they want to keep having you come back over and over to pad their pockets. I'm never bringing Blazer (my dog) back to this clinic ever again. To spend that amount of money only to worsen my dogs skin condition is infuriating.
Best experience I've ever had with a vets office. From the receptionist, nurse & doc they were all very well mannered and had fantastic bed-side manners. I am an out-of-towner & my local vet office staff is always rude ah, when u r trying to ask questions...So I called GV and was sold by how pleasant the receptionist spoke to me. Decent pricing. A few days after I was given a homeless puppy she stopped eating and became very lethargic.I was beginning to panic when I was unable to get her in to see a vet close to me. Greenfield vet clinic treats large animals but treats small pets as well plus they are within five minutes from me. They. agreed to see Tootie immediately. Dr. Miller has been very understanding and supportive through the process of getting our boy through parvo. The whole office has been so kind and patient with my many calls. I can tell that this team cares about everyone that comes in. It is an amazing clinic and I will forever be grateful of the time, care, and love they have shown my boy.
