Caring, friendly and professional staff. Clean and well maintained.
Traditions of Lansdale is a wonderful place for a loved one! The staff is kind and caring and they have a lot of fun activities for the residents. Caitlyn is a wonderful person and truly cares about the residents and treats them like her own family!
I was here with my mother for an open house / BBQ picnic event. We enjoyed the food and the music and the kindness of all the staff. I have visited a close friend here and I was very impressed with how they were cared for and protected. The facilities were clean, spacious and modern. I really got the feeling that this was a place that treated their patients as they would want their own family cared for.
I DO NOT recommend working here. The executive director and assistant executive director constantly degrade their staff and tell you that you are just “a waste of everyone’s time”. Unless you are working 24 hours a day 7 days a week and doing everything for them then miraculously they are your best friend. They have no respect for anyone but themselves. So unless you constantly want to be bullied and basically treated like you are stupid I DO NOT EVER recommend working here.!!!!
