We love this little local pharmacy — the staff is super kind and helpful, and they do their very best to explain things and to get you what you need. Support them over the big conglomerates!
Stood in front of the store for 12 min before the opened on 8/24. Apparently the other reviews about late opening is a common thing. When I walked in the store and commented about waiting outside there was no apology, just a laugh and shoulder shrug. Never again.
I'm disappointed with the level of customer service received from this pharmacy especially the young gentleman who fills prescriptions on the weekend. He's not very kind and was dismissive of assisting me in filling a prescription. I had my doctor send the prescription, again, on the following Mon. I received no response from anyone at this pharmacy regarding it being filled. I'm confused by all the 5 star reviews about this pharmacy and have to disagree.
