0 star service, very rude office lady, no any communication on the WOF inspection is done, a bit of drama during the payment - no pay wave is accepted and if you've got a credit card you have to go across road to another car yard. When the difficult payment consern was raised why evey business around town doesnt have these payment issues and they just absorb the bank fees costs caring about their customers by valueing their time and providing convenient payment methods.
