Dr ben touma is awful he brings people to there appointments and makes them wait long while he is coming out and in of hes room and not seeing anyone it just crazy he needs to make his appointments right …
Very disappointing experience at Greenfield Medical Centre. We arrived on time for our appointment, but we waited for a very long time and our name was never called. During this time, Dr Ben Touma continued seeing other patients who arrived after us. I had a sick child with me, which made the long wait even more difficult.
