COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. When my Ryobi electric mower went out, it was under warranty. Ryobi had me ship it to Greenfield Mechanical. I sent it by FedEx'd and I know it was received on October 2nd. I called on the day I sent it and they told me to put my name, number, et cetera on a piece of paper and tape it to the lawn mower, which I did.
