This is the worst dealer ship around. They charge you for work not done, lie to you about the price of home, charge you to fix their own screw up. I could go on and on. I would never refer them to anyone but the law. They ride the coat tail of " The number 1 retailer of the year". you can sell all the homes you like when you lie to ppl, once the papers are signed they become different people. all I can say to a buyer is RUN DONT GET BURN. The positive reviews on here are from ppl that work there and the owners wife.

If you buy from this place hire your own contractors! And NEVER buy a lot model from them!! Research research what you want what you order and what you decide on. Promises are made but not kept. If we knew the headache we’ve had in just the year we’ve had our high end double wide/ at low end modular price tag, we would have NEVER bought from here! One year to date and we have septic, electrical & poorly built issues!
