My husband has been coming here for years and he was just seen in April for an office visit and this new receptionist was so rude and kept giving nasty looks to everyone and talking to everyone like they are below her. Our care at Greenfield Family Medicine started off really well (a little over a year ago). In the recent months, my parents have been working on getting the care that my father needs. Every interaction, whether phone call or personal visit, was met with hostility and unprofessionalism. Especially from Melissa at the front desk. I've been coming here for years with no issues, but the receptionist I spoke to yesterday was so rude. I noticed I had no more refills for my birth control on the CVS Website, so I called to schedule my annual appointment. She said that it wouldn't be an annual appointment since it has to be a full year and a day. I told her I'm out of refills so I need to make an appointment (because I'm not going without birth control in this economy). The doctors are great and the entire staff is phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Really like this place. Always seen right away. Love that they can draw blood at the office.
