It's getting better I currently live here and it's in ruff shape but the current company is starting to tear down old trailers and such but it's cheaper to live here then in an apartment and u have ur own place can't complain to much
I had bought a trailer some time ago I got a viced and was told I never made a payment and I only one payment left need to get in the cobert head corners
Full of junk, cops are always there, full of drugs, have people who break into abandoned trailers without paying rent and then they pack up and leave within a few weeks.
Easy to navigate. Lots of pot holes, nice people though, friendly.
