Love this bank tellers so nice kind I bee n comming when I was 18 years. Old great bank.too do.baking in i.only go too these banks I wont.go.too no other bank.they treat me like family
I call Northampton Cooperative Bank (a Greenfield Bank branch) the "Cheers Bank," because it's where everybody knows your name! Always friendly, always precise and careful with money, always professional. 100% recommend, over 30 years banking there.
This is the worse bank that my mother has ever been with. They have no compassion for her and does not help out at all since her passing. Will never and I mean never recommend this bank to anyone. All other banks have been very helpful. This bank wants every last dollar and makes it so difficult for the family to do anything with her account even though my sister is power of attorney. There has been many occasions when they would not help out. I'm tired of dealing with them and won't discuss this any further.
Hate to make another post about this bank but damn are they HORRIBLE. My grandmother passed away about a week ago and her account that had another persons name on it, they closed. I find this atrocious as it is holiday times and there is no reason to close an account that had money in it and had different people on the account. I am very disappointed as this has already been a difficult and stressful time for me and my family and this bank it not helping with that.
Horrible customer service, no one wants to try and help. They only have ONE atm which like the mcdonald’s ice cream machine is never working. Their technology is so far behind other bank’s it takes them a whole week to clear small simple check where other banks only take 1-2 business days. Never want to open another account here, if you are new to opening bank accounts or are new to around this area I recommend anywhere else like Florence bank. (customer service is so much nicer there and actually wants to help)
