Beware! This company is incapable of doing anything but minor maintenance such as winterization. The work they performed on our 2021 Reflection was incomplete and shoddy. The decals they attached were in the wrong position and were peeling off when we picked up the trailer. They had the trailer approximately 5 months. We were forced to take the trailer to the manufacturer to complete the repairs. They left window repairs undone. Baggage door replaced failed to latch. Awning rail installed in the wrong position. We made a purchase in August 2020 for pick up April 17th 2021. We were so pleased with the great staff they have it Greenway RV. The check list they have to go through from their dealership was very through and Joe that did our walk thru was very though and answered all our Questions.
