First timer everyone was so nice
Everyone was extremely helpful and kind when running into an insurance issue which was no fault of their own; but everyone worked together for the best outcome and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10!
As always, Dr. Garrett was phenomenal! Being T1D in the beginning stages of retinopathy, she takes the time to answer any questions and concerns, breaks down scientific terms to laymans terms, and provides feedback on how to manage the issue. She is the most caring and patient optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Recommend 10/10!!
Quite a wait but they were very busy! Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant!! Very friendly!! Glad I went there!!
