Caveat emptor before entering this facility. I only stayed two days as I was in complete isolation and going out of my mind. The nursing staff was pleasant but only came in to check my vitals and were than more than generous with withdrawl meds however I did not have a tour of the facility until I decided it was not for me. Stuck with a bill for almost $14,OOO. Not happy but they have not heard the last of this. Very disappointing. Nicole m. Is inappropriate, rude and Is not a supportive resourse for any patients in care at greenstone, Confidentiality is tossed out the window, staff go through phones, Highly recommended doing research on the staff before hand.
We are bringing a family member in today, 1st time experience for him. The staff we have talked to were very helpful with the transition from the hospital to Greenstone, we are all looking forward to our family member discovering the journey and wish him the best, ill update the review upon his release. This is an overpriced jail that is understaffed and ppl run thru the cranberries to get to the winery to get drunk despite the place costing $1000 per day they should have security but clearly do not
GreeneStone allowed me a time to be away from my daily life, and concentrate on uncovering the root cause of my alcohol addiction. The facility, staff, curriculum, cuisine, group work, and beautiful Muskoka soundings was exactly what I needed to give me the best opportunity to work on myself and uncover my baggage that I needed to work on and eventually let go.
