We were stuck at bucees gas pump with a flat horse trailer tire at midnight. He came out promptly with all equipment needed. Our tire was unrepairable and a couple of other tires were bad. He got us 3 new tires and we arrived safely at out destination. His price was fair, his service was excellent. Check about payment method though. He couldn't take our credit card, he did take on line payments.
Mr. Greene made a scarey experience so much better. We were hauling horses 700 miles when we lost a tire in sc and made it to Bucc-ee's at exit 170. He was right on time and even had new tires at reasonable price. He was courteous and professional and had all the equipment needed (tire changer, generator, etc.). His emergency fee was very reasonable. Thank you again for making a scarey emergency so much better and enabling us to get home safely with our horses.
Absolutely disappointed in the service! Waited 2 hours just for the shop owner to ghost us and not answer the phone! Horrible customer service!!
