I ordered a dozen free spirit roses for my mom for Mother’s Day and what she was sent looks nothing like the picture. Free spirit roses have a beautiful peachy and pink ombré color, and unfortunately she was essentially sent plain red roses. I’m so disappointed.
It took several days and times to get a hold of anyone on the phone, so this is the only reason I am giving them 4 stars. The bouquet for my mother was better than the photo online and I'd like to thank the person who designed it. I will keep this flower shop in mind for future floral purchases.

Despite being 1,200 miles away, she took the time to discuss creating a custom arrangement, texted me photos of the completed piece, and even accommodated a specific delivery time. The prices were very reasonable, and her customer service is unmatched. I highly recommend this local gem over big box companies—fantastic experience!
