Horrible customer service. Ordered a planter online; it didn't ship for a week, then I got an auto-email saying that the order was cancelled by costumer. I emailed saying I didn't cancel it and could I have more info. Didn't hear back for weeks and so I called. I was told the person who handled my order would get back to me within 24 hours. 72 hours later I get basically an anonymous email from some staff member saying they sold out of the item. Super cute plant shop and prices are very reasonable! I do wish there was more variety and saw a couple fungus gnats so check your plants closely!
