My experience with this company was miserable. I communicated with a marketing staff member and went back and forth working to meet their printing demands. When the marketing staffer was satisfied, she sent the two orders to a print staff member who told me that all my work was wrong and chastised me by writing in ALL CAPS. Then when I cancelled my orders, they could not even do the math to refund the correct amount. After years of purchasing, a terrible reprint made me reach out to customer service. Expecting them to admit it was a badly done job and offer to redo it correctly, they instead refused to recognize even photo proof of their mistake and kept my $250. Don't waste your money. Wish I had read current reviews before this last reorder, they have really gone downhill.

I am a designer, so I have worked with my share of printers. This is by far the worst. I was overcharged, my product was printed on the wrong paper (rendering it unacceptable), and no apology or compensation was given.
