After years of purchasing, a terrible reprint made me reach out to customer service. Expecting them to admit it was a badly done job and offer to redo it correctly, they instead refused to recognize even photo proof of their mistake and kept my $250. Don't waste your money. Wish I had read current reviews before this last reorder, they have really gone downhill.
I am a designer, so I have worked with my share of printers. This is by far the worst. I was overcharged, my product was printed on the wrong paper (rendering it unacceptable), and no apology or compensation was given.
