We had all new windows installed for our home. The entire process was easy and professional, from the initial quote, to the measurements, and the installation. Windows look amazing!! Installation was quick and area was clean. On a personal note, everyone we worked with was friendly and left a lasting impression. Our install Choo Choo, was so upbeat and kept us informed. Friendly and cheerful We would highly recommend Green Energy for windows!
From start to finish, the staff at GreenEnergy Windows and Doors were just a delight and worked to be sure we felt cared for through the process! We had 11 custom built windows installed in our 59 year old home this month and we are beyond pleased! These windows are an upgrade all the way around. Great product. Installation was done professionally and in one day. Wait time from approval and financing was lengthy but worth it. All my neighbors commented how nice they look. We can feel the difference in temperature difference from previous windows need to wait and see how much energy savings will be.
Took 8 months for our windows to all get here and be installed. 10 windows, ordered windows with grids. When they finally arrived they did not have grids but we decided to keep them and the living room window was supposed to be a large pitcher window but they sent a double hung window. They installed it and reordered the right one which took several more weeks to come in. I am beyond pleased with GreenEnergy - not only for the great windows but the excellent customer service. I love the new windows - mostly because I can put them up and down - and that was not possible with my old ones. My electric bill for the same billing cycle in 2023 was about 25% less. The installers did an excellent job, came as scheduled and were super neat in cleaning up after themselves. While the new windows are wonderful, I am beyond pleased with the customer service.
