This company was hired by 2 HOA board members and me against. The pitch was like listening to a used car salesman which I could see through. Upon them getting the contract by the majority of the BOD the substandard service started. The BOD were advised by the employee (which was a homeowner too) presenting the contract if we weren't satisfied we could pull out with a 30 day notice.
