I am pretty annoyed by my experience at the Lambertville location. I brought in a large selection of clothing to sell this afternoon, specifically including a long sleeve work out top, a pair of workout leggings, a pair of bike shorts, 3 pairs of jeans, a pair of black J Crew skinny pants, a pair of jean shorts, a pair of long sleeve skims pajamas, a pair of sandals, and 2 work tote bags. I was very disappointed with my experience at this consignment shop. The payouts for accepted items were extremely low, to the point that consigning hardly seemed worth the effort. What was even more frustrating was the process for reclaiming unsold items. The policies and procedures made it unnecessarily difficult to get my belongings back, and I felt like the system was designed to discourage customers from reclaiming their merchandise. The quality of the items has gone down a bit. They used to have great finds….. Hope they get better….
Love this little store! We were visiting family in the area and always come to New Hope and Lambertville, never been to this store but definitely coming back next time we're in town. They have a wonderful, vast array of clothing styles and brands. And the prices are excellent! I got a free people jumpsuit, and two american eagle t's, my daughter got a pristine Michael Kors purse and my other daughter got a cool shirt - the condition and price of the clothes great. Would definitely come back. Wish we lived closer!!
