I was very disappointed with my experience at this consignment shop. The payouts for accepted items were extremely low, to the point that consigning hardly seemed worth the effort. What was even more frustrating was the process for reclaiming unsold items. The policies and procedures made it unnecessarily difficult to get my belongings back, and I felt like the system was designed to discourage customers from reclaiming their merchandise. The quality of the items has gone down a bit. They used to have great finds….. Hope they get better….
Love this little store! We were visiting family in the area and always come to New Hope and Lambertville, never been to this store but definitely coming back next time we're in town. They have a wonderful, vast array of clothing styles and brands. And the prices are excellent! I got a free people jumpsuit, and two american eagle t's, my daughter got a pristine Michael Kors purse and my other daughter got a cool shirt - the condition and price of the clothes great. Would definitely come back. Wish we lived closer!!
PLEASE DONT CONSIGN HERE!! They barely give you any money for the items and the manager is the worst human being I’ve ever met. My very first negative review of any store I have never had a worst experience! The first time I went to consign I had asked a trainee a question because she was behind the counter and I was quickly reprimanded by the manager that I should be asking her.
