Very minimal service. All Kentucky locations have been closed.
Never have I seen a company refuse to pick up their leased products. Three calls to their office…..not one returned call. Smells of fraud.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The billing office WILL NOT answer their phones and WILL NOT return your calls.
I have repeatedly asked for a record of my payments was told that it would be mailed out months ago. But instead I keep getting more bills. No one returns phone calls. When I did speak with someone months ago they couldn't explain why I continue to be billed. What is the problem? Can someone please contact me about this situation? It is exhausting!!🤫
If I had he ability to give this business 1 star, I would. There is a complete lack of response to customer calls and inquiries, lack of professionalism and will continually give you the run around on billing related questions. Although you can't get directly in touch with anyone in billing, no other employees can answer billing related questions and they never call back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It's not worth the headache.
