Not an ideal place to work if you need a steady reliable source of income. They let me go a week before the Thanksgiving holiday due to attendance not informing me the the days I missed could've been worked in office. They said they needed documentation, but then later stated they were letting me go regardless. I put up with this company because I wasn't able to find work else where. Greene Resources does not appear to be a favorable employer. Typically, in North Carolina, an 8% tax is deducted from an employee's total income, but Greene Resources deducts 10%. Additionally, their payslip details lack clarity, making it difficult to track earnings and deductions accurately. They autoenroll me for insurance without informing me, and their compensation is not competitive. There no PTO and sick leaves for first 1500 hrs also, no other benefits. They don't answer the phone for nothing, I worked at a job they sent me too they laid us off at the end of the week been calling Greenresorce to get another job lol, the grave yard will answer before they do
