I've been waiting for a year and a half for housing, and all I'm ever told is the same old answer - "They're not giving out vouchers'. I'm sick, and tired of hearing damn vouchers. All I know is that I'm suffering very badly on a daily basis. I live with my elderly parents who are both well into their 80's, and mentally ill, and they are destroying me. I have been homeless for over a year now i have turned in everything i needed to an was told it shouldn't take more than six months its been a year an a half now almost 2 years now which is crazy the staff there is rude 90 % of the time at GMHA i was tookin off the list at Montgomery county with no reason at all an have been on there waiting list for over 3 years now its ridiculous
