I notice the Fleming woman in the above review did not mention how much money she had spent or lost, well I can tell you zero. I tried to help the property manager on a 30 plus year old air handler in very poor condition. The resistors on the control board had melted. I purchased a new board out of my pocket and spent three hours in that 120 degree attic trying to get the air handler to run. This was one of the worst I've seen in years. Run do not walk away from this business. Doesn't show up on time (although after the second day of being stood up by him and calling and yelling at him he did show up on time, but did not complete the job. today for example, we tracked him down and were told that he would be here at noon, at 1 my husband called and spoke to him and said he was on the way to our house. at 1:45 i called and he told me he was on the way, and i advised him that i didn't care what time he showed up but that if he was going to be late that he need... read more
