I am very surprised at the previous review. I emailed this man Charles on Wednesday. He responded on Thursday with his phone number and said he could come take a look and give me an estimate. He was willing to do this on Saturday even though it is not a work day and we set up 10:00am. He was here at 9;55 promptly. I applaud this type of customer service and think it is rare these days.
