In reply to the owner: I don't leave reviews from my personal account. Nothing but a hassle with great lip service. They had to refund me several months of trailer insurance because they lied to me regarding its value. I did not need to insure my trailer separately as it's included with the vehicle it is towed by. Note that any 'comprehensive' coverage would be argued about if a claim was made because they only provide 'stated' value (only buy 'AGREED' value!). DeeDee is the best asset to the company. She goes above and beyond every time and is so friendly and customer service oriented. Definitely hard to find that level of service these days.
