I spoke with 3 incompetent debt collectors from this "law office" who constantly spoke over me, failed to initially update my address, dropped a call or hung up on me, transferred me to someone else whilst I was in mid-speech with zero warning, couldn't explain additional fees, etc. They're not even worthy of a one-star rating!
Caitlin I am experiencing the same thing with these crooks. They placed a judgement lien on property that I didn't even own in 2004 and it is keeping me from refinancing my home. I have talked to Capital One twice and they have no record of this lien. I have called Greene and Cooper's office and no one answers and they have no VM. My husband is driving out there as we speak.

I can't believe I have to rate this as even 1 star. Illegally put a false judgement on my credit and refuse to take ANY of my DOZENS of calls. Worthless...
