Extremely unprofessional company offering little effort at maximum costs. We chose to support them since they were a local business but they charged astronomical amounts for zero work done. We had pump issues (they installed) and instead of even calling to ask what the problem was, they came out unannounced, and said that our well was dry (which it wasn't...at all). These guys are the absolute best in water well services! Had a service crew back a BIG box truck over our residential well destroying it! Poof no water at all to the house in an instant after hours Friday evening. The service company called AAA Greene Bros. of Sylva. They were out here by 10 AM Saturday morning in the rain and it wasn't very warm either coupled with the fact we are not on level ground. They assessed the situation quickly. I called them on Friday morning and within an hr. to great guys was out here. I explained that I was out of water and it was my pump. Two wonderful guys Adam and Ryan was courteous and very kind. They checked to see if it was in house. No it was the pump. I talked to the owner on the phone Tim Greene on the phone and told him I was on a fixed income and I could not pay the whole thing up front. I could make monthly payments.
