Great service with a Masport Ava Waterblaster warranty repair. Good communication from Megan to follow up my claim with Masport and order parts and a fast turnaround from Oleg to complete the job in 4 days. Another Masport agent had said this would be an uneconomic repair so I can recommend Green Brothers!
Had an issue with my pool and they were able to get a technician around to take a look same day. quick response and great communication.
Over promise under delivered. Shocking communication. Having to follow up myself. Was promised call backs but never hear back! Took in my multi tool because I pulled it apart and forgot how to put it all back together. Then they came back with a price to fix it. Which cost more than a brand new 1 and some change!
