Over promise under delivered. Shocking communication. Having to follow up myself. Was promised call backs but never hear back! Took in my multi tool because I pulled it apart and forgot how to put it all back together. Then they came back with a price to fix it. Which cost more than a brand new 1 and some change!

What an absolute shocking experience. Took my water blaster in for service and repairs nearly 7 MONTHS later and all sorts of excuses. Went to them 4 times, phoned them 8 times, the communication is shocking as it is absolutely non excysting. Extremely expensive and no customer service at all. You should be ashamed of being in business. I will NEVER recommend you.Only to find out today after we have used it once and $1800 later that the original problem is still ongoing:(
POOR WORKMANSHIP! Bought my Bosch tool online from Testntools.co.nz, found intermittent failure on the switch, I was told to send the tool to The Greene Brothers for warranty repair. First repair was taken nearly a month due to the delay of the parts, I received the tool and found out a broken screw on the housing, half of the screw was stuck inside the housing, I then was told to send it back for the second repair, waited for days and no one arranged the courier pick up until I chased with them, then somehow the parcel was ... read more
Took my Paslode to Mitre 10 for a spring replacement. These guys quotes me 80% of what the gun was worth to fix it. So decided against it. They sent the gun back I literal peices. So now have to find someone to put the gun back together, along with paying them to look at it. Would not recommend!
