We have 3 dogs and foster rescues. No matter how much we cleaned, the house smelled like dog when the HVAC ran. We replaced carpet, washed walls. Still there. Duct cleaning removed years of dander and hair from the returns. They used an enzyme deodorizer after. First time in 6 years guests don’t say “oh, you have dogs” when they walk in. The smell was in the ducts. If you have pets, this is mandatory every 2-3 years. Your nose goes blind to it, but guests don’t.

We had black dust on our window sills and around every vent. I cleaned it and it was back in 3 days. It was embarrassing when people came over. The duct team said it was “soot” from dust burning on the AC coils. They cleaned all the ducts and then cleaned the AC coil too. It has been 7 months and the black dust is gone. My white window sills stay white. They fixed the real problem, not just the symptom. I wish I called them years ago.

My tenant said the apartment was dusty and making her cough. I wanted to keep a good tenant. I called Clean Air Pros. They found heavy dust and old cooking grease in the returns from the last tenant. They cleaned it all and gave me a report. The tenant renewed her lease and said thank you. Cheaper than finding a new tenant.

We just finished a full kitchen remodel and drywall dust was everywhere despite tarps and cleanup. It was in every vent. The team used a brush + vacuum system and negative air machine that vented outside. They hit every supply, return, and the main plenum. The techs were meticulous — taped off doorways, protected floors, and even wiped down each register before reinstalling. Air quality test we did a week later showed particulate levels back to normal. Contractor recommended them and now I know why.
