This was our fifth year renting a multi-month home with Green Day. We have been extremely pleased with their services. We have no concerns renting a home without touring it first as properties are accurately represented on the website and we trust the Green Day team to fix any quirks or problems that may arise. Highly recommend the team. You know they are good at what they do when everything is already rented for the next year.
I would like to recommend Green Day for anyone planning an extended stay in Palm Springs. I have stayed at their units numerous times and have had a positive experience every time. Their units are fully equipped and if you ever have any issues they are immediately available and amenable to dealing with them. Owner & Renter beware!! My husband and I had a very unfortunate experience when we signed a contract with Greenday Vacation rentals. We trusted them to manage the renting of our house for two months. Our experience was very stressful due to their dishonesty and rude behavior. We would not recommend using their services since there are many management & home rental services that would be much more accommodating in every way including their exorbitant fees and unwarranted charge backs.
