Originally the cost was outside of our budget. Greendale was by far the most expensive company we found but their examples were endless as the railing is custom designed. Our salesman was helpful in assisting in design and material. Time passed and we decided to go with Greendale. After discussions with our rep we were able to simplify the design which reduced costs by one third. We are delighted with the repair work done by Charles & Mac of Greendale Railing. They arrived on time, got right to work, and did an outstanding job resetting our aluminum fence. Now it's as sturdy as the day it was put in. The salesman, Mike Johnson also did a great job. He knew exactly what the repair required, provided a quote, and then scheduled the job. Great service all around.

We signed a contract October 14th for delivery of our railings in “4-5 weeks,” and made payment next day. In the last 2 weeks, we have left numerous messages and the rep finally returned our call, promised to check on our railing, and to-date no response from him. We called the main office - same promise, no returned call. We are now assuming that they have lost our railing.

The Greendale Railing team did a fantastic job on our railings for our front porch. We found the company solely off of reviews, and now that we’ve used their services, we would certainly use them again for future projects. The team was responsive and helpful, and they did quality work! Installation was also not disruptive at all, I actually didn’t even know they had come by for installation (despite working from home that day) until walking out of my house later that day and finding new rails on our front porch :) Very quiet... read more
