Management is extremely unprofessional and unreasonable. Horrible customer service and dishonest.
The pool itself is neat! The problem is the management. My brother and sister in law had spoken with them many weeks in advance and asked if they could bring some of their wedding guests over from the building next door and swim for the last hour that it’s open (6-7) once everyone got there and changed (less than 20 people kids and adults), they told us that they have a private party coming that night and they usually get there by 645 so we have to leave by 630…. lol. It’s great I like the diving boards because I like I can do backflips there and the life guards are really nice and the slide is really big and I had a great time and my sister and my dad had a great time
