My family has been long time clients of this vet and they have, until recently, always been very good. Then the head vet left… I had an appointment booked and later confirmed via text massage for my 81yr old mother’s sick dog. Brought our dog in for an ear infection check. The vet explained the situation thoroughly (In our case a batecterial infection), and the options we needed to take (with the pro's and con's). We took their advice and our dog is recovering well! I was very impressed that the vets were very collaborate across different branches (roseville and chatswood in our case) as we had mulitple sessions (one to send samples to the lab, one to analysis / diagnose the result, and another to flush out the ear out). Excellent vets, always helpful and caring.
lab testing for my cat, it took three times, both forelegs and neck, and poor cat was absolutely terrified by the time I got him back. My cat is 14y/o and has never had a problem with blood being taken from him. Handler had poor English as well. Staff polite.
