I have been coming to the Point Cook clinic and seeing Dr Josh for a couple of years now. At every visit, Dr Josh is truly amazing — patient, caring, and always has the best interests of our whippets at heart. His knowledge and clear communication truly has us at ease every visit I have never met a vet who cares so deeply about what they do. I am so incredibly grateful for the care he provides day in and day out for our community. Thank you, Josh for all that you do!

Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience with this branch. The initial consultation was acceptable. However, the follow up process to request the medication my dog urgently needs was extremely stressful. My dog has been diagnosed with a terminal disease, and has previously come very close to losing her life. This medication is life sustaining, and any delay places her at serious risk.
