I feel very grateful to have found Ingrid. She has taken great care of my rats when they are sick. I highly recommend Ingrid if you have a pet rat that is unwell to take them to see her !
They where wonderful with my dog and took time to explain things so I understood. Would highly recommend. Also ask about pets plus as it will be worthwhile.
Below the line below WAS a five star review relating to Ingrid. I changed it today after a very rude encounter with the Practice Manager. I have a rescue bird who requires regular, 6 weekly beak trims under anaesthetic due to the serious nature of the injury. I would not trust anybody but Ingrid to do this. When I purchase avian products/food from Pet Barn they have a $40 discount voucher that can be used for avian/exotic services at Greencross.
