Got nothing but cheek from the lovely lady on the phone when I phoned to order my prescription over the phone as the prescription line is a joke and it never goes threw so have to wait even longer absolute joke of a place they want put on a customer service course !!
I can't get a appointment for my sore leg and buttock. I can't walk properly and can't sleep properly. I call them yesterday, they told me a nurse will contact me tomorrow. Today I call again around 9.15 am I'm got put on a waiting list. While I'm on the waiting list the nurse did call me around 9.36 am however because I call them first, nurse couldn't contact me.
