Told the receptionist further away from the front desk, because the one closer was on the phone but I'm sure she heard me too, that the shoe covers were all over the front vestibule. They legit look like dirty diapers which is disgusting seeing how a doctors office should be clean and sanitary and this is anything but that. I'm not even wearing the shoe covers because I'm not touching those. All the girl said was "yeah, people throw them everywhere" and then I was ignored when I suggested someone clean them up.
I was really disappointed after walking 20 minutes (while sick) just to see they weren’t accepting walk ins. I had called 3 times before leaving to check and there was no answer the call actually didn’t even ring at all. (update) i went back to this place a couple weeks ago and had severe period cramps and pain that would not subside with pills a FEMALE doctor told me to go home and take tylenol.
