The doctors in this clinic are actually pretty good, never had any issues. However, what is the point of an appointment? Once I was asked to come in ‘just 15 minutes’ earlier than previously scheduled appointment. I got there on the earlier time they asked for and waited 45 minutes before being seen. Today, my appointment is at 10:15 and I have yet to see the doctor at 10:45. I have been seen faster on walk in. If you cannot honour appointment times then you shouldn’t have them at all. Not satisfied with the service.
The doctors are ok but the receptionists were awful almost every time I went. Apart from being rude and unprofessional, the receptionist denied me a family doctor and made me wait for months while MB Health matched me with a doctor. MB Health said she had no reason to deny me and assigned me to a doctor .... at Greencrest Clinic🙄 (this was pre-covid so there wasn't even a wait). Very friendly staff, have yet to see a doctor that doesn't know what they need to know. Wait times are short and quick.
