there's often a wait if you're not the first person of the day, however I've been seeing Dr. Irving for several years now, she's super nice and caring. never had a problem with reception either and they are currently training new staff as well. it's a pretty small clinic, feels homey. they also have online appointment booking which is great for people who have anxiety making phone calls. and there's a pharmacy on the same strip mall which also has impeccable service. 🩷
Been waiting 4 days for my doctor here to refill my antidepressant! How is this possible? I’ve told the receptionists what I need and no one does anything!
I came first thing on a Saturday morning and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The doctor was very good at explaining what he though was going on with me and sent my prescription electronically to the pharmacy of my choice. Very good experience.
The front desk staff are horrific, they are very unprofessional and unorganized only there twice will not be there again and would strongly suggest going somewhere else . They mixed up my appointment and made me wait 25 minutes to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to be seen and in the time I was waiting they took another lady 3 different times to get weighed and blood pressure only to make her sit back down because someone put another patient in that room
