I had a very disappointing experience with the check-in and receiving service. The staff was impolite and unprofessional, responding rudely and even displaying discriminatory behavior. Despite having a scheduled appointment and empty docks available, they refused to unload earlier and insisted on making me wait until my appointment time at 5 PM. This was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
