Inaccurate hour. They don't open on weekends. I drove here twice, once on Saturday and once on Sunday it's closed. Tried calling multiple times no one answered the phone.

Horrible service. We were sent here and no one wanted to answer any questions about the cabinets. Hid in their office. My kid lost her tracking bracelet here so we came back to get it and they refused to look for it even though it tracked to their office. Too much of an inconvenience for them to look on a desk for a child's tracker. Stay away from this horrible establishment.

Green Castle Cabinets has the worst service ever—or more accurately, no service at all. Every time I call their business line, no one answers, no matter which option I choose: front desk, accounting, or sales rep. It's baffling! If you want to place an order, good luck. You need to track down your sales rep or send an email, and even then, don’t expect a reply in less than three days. I am regularly picking up cabinets for my work, I have to say that this place like a couple of others I have, treat me well. Will have material ready for me, and will make the transaction from the moment I pay to the moment I leave, very easy. For that, and the fact that they will exchange or return material with very minimal hassle. I have to love it. Thank you guys Keri up the great work.
