Absolutely NOT !!! My brother past away Feb 26th, I ordered his stone an casket 2 days later. I was told they would have it placed in the Spring. It’s now Fall and still no stone. Being a business owner I know this is NOT how you treat customers and this type of business should be compassionate not out to steal your money! The other negative reviews are spot on! This company has lied, not returned phone calls/avoided them, breached verbal agreements, did not render services paid in full etc. This has been a devastating experience as my father's only request upon making his arrangements was to have a nice bronze marker. My family is experiencing the same situation to the other reviewers on this company. The company is fulfilled with lies, no commitment at to returning phone calls, email or upholding there original timeline. They will take your money and run and offer no proof to where your order is in the process as ease of mind if there is truly a valid reason for delay.
