Never made a review, but what happened was unacceptable. I messaged about a vehicle to make sure it was definitely available told to do online credit application, then was approved over the phone. I was told to come in to get the vehicle, which is an hour drive. But I check the website before making the drive and the vehicle was no longer there. I have had a wonderful experience with this company. They helped me get into a van, which I needed. Within the first week I bought it, it started overheating. I phoned Candice, and told her what was happening. Ryan, the mechanic, had me bring it in immediately. He informed me he can fix it. Then a few months later, the thermostat went out. Ryan was great. He got me in very quickly, put in a new thermostat, filled my oil and my coolant. Ryan had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. These guys stand behind their product ... read more

Drove almost 2 hours to get a car for my son’s 16th birthday. They knew I needed something reliable for him. Of course the car had its flaws but it didn’t need to be perfect. However, I was told they had just changed the oil in it, but failed to say there was a leak. Maybe partly my fault. I don’t know much of anything when it comes to cars but I test drove it & it seemed fine. I contacted them when the leak was getting worse then the car just stopped working.
