Hired for lawn care and they weed whacked some of our plants. Asked for a refund and after a curt reply denying it, we followed up with more pictures as proof of the damage and they gave a $5 discount out of $55. The damage done was more than the work we paid them to do. Glad to be done with them and do not recommend them.
Non-responsive. Called to get an estimate on landscaping work & lawn maintenance in middle of March. They came out and did a survey of the property. Said they would get us a quote for lawn services within a few days to a week. Then another week or so for the landscaping project. It is now middle of April (a month later). You can never get them on phone. Message is not taking calls or messages so we're not happy
They've fertilized my yard for years and it looks much better and they jump in for on demand mows when I need some help. Always looks good when they're done. I've been happy with them.
I wish I had done more research before hiring. I hired them to help repair some previous damage to my yard. A guy came out to my property once, sprayed something on it that turned it into a brown, dead patch and never followed up. I'm in a worse position now than when I contacted them.
